Can I customise the size or colour of an item?
Yes! Most of my items can be resized or printed in different colours. I can even add names or small design tweaks – just get in touch before you order.
Can you make a custom design or print a file I found?
Absolutely! If you have an idea in mind, send it through – I’ll let you know what’s possible.
How strong are your 3D prints?
Pretty strong! I use quality filament and solid settings to ensure durability. Most items are designed for everyday use – just don’t leave them in extreme heat or under heavy pressure.
What materials do you use?
I mostly print with PLA – a biodegradable plastic made from corn starch. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and comes in a range of colours and finishes.
Are your products safe for kids?
Yes – I use non-toxic, eco-friendly PLA plastic. It’s safe for kids, but keep small parts away from little ones under 3 years old (choking hazard).
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! I’m happy to help with bulk event favours, teacher gifts, or business promo items. Send me the details and I’ll quote you accordingly.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer – I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery (buyer covers return shipping). Customised or personalised items aren’t returnable unless faulty – but I always want you to be happy, so get in touch if there's an issue.
