What is 3D printing?

We can print a wide range of items, including cosplay props, miniatures, collectibles, prototypes, personalised gifts, business displays, gaming accessories, educational models, home décor, and much more.
Can you print something custom for me?
Absolutely! Whether you have a finished 3D file, a sketch, reference photos, or just an idea, we'll work with you to bring your project to life.
How do I get a quote?
What materials do you use?
We primarily print using PLA and PETG, two strong and versatile materials that are ideal for most 3D printing projects.
PLA is a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch, making it an environmentally conscious choice. Both materials offer excellent durability, a high-quality finish, and are available in a wide range of colours to bring your ideas to life.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We're happy to help with bulk event favours, teacher gifts, or business promo items. Send us the details and we'll quote you accordingly.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve it. Because most of our products are custom-made or printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing provided by the customer, or custom designs that were approved prior to production.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and determine the best solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer: a replacement item, a repair or reprint, or a partial or full refund. Our goal is always to work with our customers to find a fair and reasonable outcome. If you have any concerns about your order, we encourage you to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How are orders shipped?
We ship orders throughout New Zealand and Australia and take great care to ensure every item is packaged securely for transit.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be provided as part of your quote. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you'll receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor its progress.
How long will my order take?
Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Many orders are completed within a few business days, while larger or custom projects may take longer.
Estimated production and delivery timeframes will be provided when you place your order. If you have a deadline or need your item urgently, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your requirements.

How strong are 3D prints?
Pretty strong! We use quality filament and solid settings to ensure durability. Most items are designed for everyday use – just don’t leave them in extreme heat or under heavy pressure.
NOT dishwasher safe.
Are your products safe for kids?
Yes – we use non-toxic, eco-friendly PLA/PETG plastic. It’s safe for kids but keep small parts away from little ones under 3 years old (choking hazard).
